Carolyn Lookabill, CDP
Carolyn Lookabill has had recognized success in executive leadership within senior living - at the local, regional and corporate level. 30+ years of experience in facility and new product development, marketing, census management and daily operations of assisted living, skilled nursing and special product line programs throughout the country. As VP/COO, she helped to grow regional LTPAC consulting firm to national presence in all 50 states. Skilled at developing marketing strategies, implementation plans for census growth with special emphasis on relationship management with key referral sources such as hospital case managers, medical practices, community groups, etc. She is a well known speaker on caregiving and various senior topics.
Terry Hornikel, CDP, CADDCT
Terry Hornikel has worked as an Executive Director in Assisted Living for over 30 years. She has helped residents and families in eleven communities in three states. She knows what you are looking for in a senior community. Terry has always felt serving seniors was her "life calling" and remains committed to helping seniors in the home setting find solutions that will give them their best outcome. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and trainer. She has led family Support Groups to help those in need navigate safely through the dementia stages.
