We provide no cost assisted living placement services to Northeast Ohio. We offer information and referral services to anyone in need. We only work with communities that uphold our high standard of care. We are dementia specialists and offer a custom support group for individual community needs and dementia training for CDP seminars to staff/family inservices.

Senior Living Placements
We help families find suitable senior living options that match their needs, preferences and budget. We will personally tour Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities with you. We will help you know what to look for and what to ask.

Dementia Training
We offer customized staff in-services and public speaking topics for marketing events. Terry Hornikel is certified to teach the Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care seminar necessary for those looking to become Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDP) once they meet all necessary criteria. We offer additional training on dementia and communication techniques.

We help guide you through the healthcare system by connecting you with the right resources. We explain Medicare and Medicaid benefits, help find care services to meet your changing needs and connect you to a variety of supportive services. You are not alone - we can help.
